  • Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • UK Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

    • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (may vary depending on destination and customs).

  • Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if available).

Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Courier delays, strikes, or service interruptions

  • Customs clearance processes

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their local government.

  • ViyonClo is not liable for any additional charges once the order has left the UK.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Once an order is handed over to the courier, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer.

  • ViyonClo is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the courier. Please contact the courier directly for claims.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
