Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a product that is damaged in transit or if you were sent the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at customerservice@viyonclo.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your case and, if approved, arrange a replacement or store credit.

Exceptions

  • We cannot accept returns or refunds for items that were ordered in the wrong size, color, or style by mistake.
